3G SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
- 2-4 people
- $30 per person per hour
- Training hours are on a monthly basis
- Fitness Testing includes Weight, Measurements, Body Fat and Water percentages
- Variety of Training Programmes. Each session is different to the previous
- An option of One on One, Two on one or Small Group Training (up to 4 persons)

Which is good! While I enjoy the tiredness of a good cardio workout, there is nothing quite like the deep weariness and tightness that comes from a heavy weights session.
Once again, you exceeded my expectations. And while Monday mornings do approach with a bit of trepidation, I love the uncertainty..and just take what comes.

“The progressions were at a suitable pace. John also monitored how well the students were coping with the sequence of movements and reduced the speed if necessary and then built it up again. There was a wide variety of activities. Some required good cardio and others built on strength and balance. John took the time to clearly explain each routine and also included any safety factors or factors which would enhance the success of the student (eg with balance). I also appreciated how John incorporated biomechanical and physiological knowledge into his explanations. This supplemented what the students were taught in class. The theory was put into action.”

John is extremely knowledgeable in this field with a great deal of experience. I feel safe working with John, that I am not going to over-extend the body and that the exercises are performed correctly.
