Strength and Movement Training. It’s not all about just strengthening muscle. Strengthening movement is just as important as that’s what we do everyday. More than often it is the movement that causes the injuries.
At 3G Fitness I know that working in small training groups of up to four, motivates and inspires each individual in that group. You still get the benefits of personal training, plus training is more fun and affordable. Scientific evidence has shown that even the best training programs, when repeated for a prolonged period of time, stop your progress dead in its tracks. With 3G Fitness, every session you attend will be different to the previous one. You will never get tired of repeating the same program, and that’s just one of the reasons that many of my personal training clients have chosen to train at 3G Fitness. Caring for your needs doesn’t stop the moment you walk out the door of your training session. I am committed to keeping you accountable to reach any goals you have, to encouraging you and sharing my knowledge that may assist you in activities outside of the gym.
Small group personal training sessions are a maximum of 4 people in the studio gym during the one hour session.
I will take you through a programme designed for this session based on your goals and needs.
Included in all programmes will be a instructed warm up, which will include activation and mobilization of all soft tissue and joints. Two-three core exercises and recovery is included as active recovery between sets.
As a holistic coach/trainer I will encourage you to workout without shoes as this stimulates the nervous system and allows for more input to our brain which can change the output therefore promoting a greater result. This is not compulsory.
Small Group Personal Training is Personal Training in a small group of up to 4 persons.
Cost: $40 per person per hour
Training days/hours are on a monthly basis and payment is made by the first of each month.
