3G Boxing is a Fitness/Conditioning class with a program designed to improve your overall fitness. You will learn the correct techniques of the punches and kicks, which will enhance your ability to improve your cardio fitness, grow stronger and enjoy the experience. The variety of combos on the bags, pads and gloves, plus other introduced conditioning exercises, make this class different from other fitness or group classes. Your workout will give you more strength and endurance, and build up your mental toughness. With your metabolism being activated, it goes without saying that you will that will burn calories and body fat.

45-minute classes
Bring a drink bottle and towel to your workout
Wraps, Gloves and Pads are all supplied
You will sweat a lot so dry fit singlet or top is recommended.
