You don’t need to be a cyclist to try out one of our 3G SPIN classes. Your instructor will educate and assist you with your bike set up. You will be led on a journey that will test your strength and power on the hills and mountains, while the bunch rides and sprints will challenge your cardio fitness. Numbers are limited at each class so bookings are a must to secure a bike!
45-minute classes
Bring a towel and drink bottle to class
Bike shorts are more comfortable for riding in but not compulsory.
Running shoes or to clip in SPD pedals (mountain bike shoes only)
