At 3G Fitness Personal Training we offer you
- Fitness Testing includes Weight, Measurements, Body Fat and Water percentages
- Variety of Training Programmes. Each session is different to the previous
- An option of One on One, Two on one or Small Group Training (up to 4 persons)
I will take you through a programme designed for this session to meet your goals and needs.
- Included in all programmes will be a instructed warm up, which will include activation and mobilization of all soft tissue and joints. Two-three core exercises and recovery is included as active recovery between sets.
As a holistic coach/trainer I will encourage you to workout without shoes as this stimulates the nervous system and allows for more input to our brain which can change the output therefore promoting a greater result. This is not compulsory.
A drink bottle and towel are compulsory.

Training hours are on a monthly basis and payment is made by the first of each month.
