“The progressions were at a suitable pace. John also monitored how well the students were coping with the sequence of movements and reduced the speed if necessary and then built it up again. There was a wide variety of activities. Some required good cardio and others built on strength and balance. John took the time to clearly explain each routine and also included any safety factors or factors which would enhance the success of the student (eg with balance). I also appreciated how John incorporated biomechanical and physiological knowledge into his explanations. This supplemented what the students were taught in class. The theory was put into action.”
“They improved their strength, balance, concentration and cardio. They also were able to apply the knowledge learnt in class to the practical situation. They also had a fantastic time!”
“Even the uncoordinated students wanted to do more.”
