Body is sore, sore, sore
Which is good! While I enjoy the tiredness of a good cardio workout, there is nothing quite like the deep weariness and tightness that comes from a heavy weights session.
Once again, you exceeded my expectations. And while Monday mornings do approach with a bit of trepidation, I love the uncertainty..and just take what comes.
