3G Boxing Fitness is a Boxing- Conditioning class with a programme designed to improve your fitness and learn correct technique of punches and kicks. . Using gloves and pads, punching bags, skipping ropes, medicine balls, plus other exercises that will burn calories and body fat. Your workout will give you more strength, endurance and build up your mental toughness.

3G SPIN @ PREBBLETON
You don’t need to be a cyclist to try out one of our 3G SPIN classes. Your instructor will educate and assist you with your bike set up. An experienced instructor will take you on a journey that will test your strength and power on the hills and mountains, while the bunch rides and sprints will challenge your cardio fitness. Motivating music will inspire you during this low impact workout. If you can pedal a bike this class is for you! Get Fit…Burn Calories…Try Spin!
