3G Fitness – Get a Goal, Get a Programme, Get Going!
3G Fitness’s philosophy is providing a fun training space where fitness and friendships blossom. You don’t need flashy lycra gear or a large budget, just an attitude of wanting to work out with like-minded people.

Small Group Personal Training. I have recognized that working in small training groups of up to four, motivates and inspires each individual in that group. You still get the benefits of personal training, plus training is more fun and affordable. Scientific evidence has shown that even the best training programs, when repeated for a prolonged period of time, stop your progress dead in its tracks. With 3G Fitness, every session you attend will be different to the previous one. You will never get tired of repeating the same program, and that’s just one of the reasons that many of my personal training clients have chosen to remain and continue training at 3G Fitness. Caring for your needs doesn’t stop the moment you walk out the door of your training session. I am committed to keeping you accountable to reach any goals you have, to encouraging you and share my knowledge that may enhance you in activities outside of the gym.
Group Exercise Classes. 3G Fitness offers a variety of different styles of class to suit each individual, from low impact classes like Spin (Indoor stationary cycling), BAT (Bums, Abs, n Thighs) conditioning and toning class, to High intense HIIT classes like MAX . You might enjoy the tranquility of a Yoga class, or the highly technical scientific class of Stretch Compress Release (SOMA Self Osteo Myofascial Applications) that will empower you with techniques that change the way you move and make you feel better. You might want to try the Boxing Fitness classes. You will be taught the correct techniques of a variety of punches on the Bags or Pads and Gloves. If you are looking to protect your bone density and maintain muscle strength, then my Pump class is perfect for you. And we provide classes twice a week during the school term for the kids (aged 11-13). Fun games that have exercise built into them that challenge the kids both physically and mentally. Music videos on the big screen are played while you work out in a social environment in a community-based studio gym. Click onto the Group Exercise link for more detailed descriptions of each class.
