3G FITNESS SPIN CLASS
In just 45 minutes you will pedal your bike up hills to increase leg strength, ride along flat roads in bunches and individually performing short sharp sprints that will elevate your heart rate and improve your cardiovascular system.
To make the ride more enjoyable, you will be entertained with music videos that are projected onto a big screen.
The instructor will assist you with your bike set up and cue you through each track.
Bike pants make the ride a little more comfortable but not absolutely necessary as you are up and off the seat many times during your 45 minute ride. The bikes are fitted with dual pedals so you can wear comfortable running type shoes or mountain bike shoes clip into the SPD pedals.
Bring a drink bottle and towel.
Arrive 10 minutes before class start time so you have sufficient time to set up your bike.
All classes run subject to sufficient numbers.
