3G Fitness Open Gym Small Group Personal Training
This open gym session is a small group personal training session. Small group is a maximum of 5 people in the studio gym during the one hour session.
A personal trainer will take you through a programme designed for this session, you will have a choice of;
- Upper body workout
- Lower body workout
- Cardiovascular workout
Included in all programmes will be a instructed warm up, which will include activation and mobilization of all soft tissue and joints. Two-three core exercises and recovery is included as active recovery between sets.
As a holistic coach/trainer I will encourage you to workout without shoes as this stimulates the nervous system and allows for more input to our brain which can change the output therefore promoting a greater result. This is not compulsory.
A drink bottle and towel are compulsory.
