3G Fitness Circuit Class
This class is designed with multiple stations of exercises for you to perform. Each station is 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds of recovery.

- Cardiovascular
- Core
These exercises will be performed using a variety of equipment such as free weights, cable machine, resistance bands, medicine balls as well as body resistance.
Your instructor will take you through a warm up routine to prepare your joints and tissue for the workout you will perform. For each exercise you will be given a demonstration of that exercise and it will include cues on technique and safety. Each exercise comes with a option of a regression to suit the beginner or a progression for the more advanced athlete.
This class is suitable for beginners to those looking for a challenging workout.
The total duration of the class is 45 minutes. Please bring a drink bottle and towel.
