Using a Barbell and free weights to suit your level of fitness, strength and ability, this is a class that delivers scientifically proven muscle conditioning exercises with lots of repetitions to improve muscle strength, bone density, tone and target your fitness. You will be instructed through a variety of challenging exercises teaching you correct techniques to ensure you are achieving good results while keeping you safe. No coordination is required. This class is suitable for all fitness levels as well as those new to weights.
