This class is a 45 minute class fusing BAT & CUB.
BAT (Bums, Ab’s & Thighs)
Strengthen and tone your lower body through this choregraphed class of exercises to motivating music. A variety of low impact body resistance exercises to work legs, bums and tums.
CUB (Core & Upper Body)
CUB class is designed to tone and strengthen your upper body and core. Using free weights and body resistance exercises that will challenge you and make you feel like you have had a great workout.
Your instructor will guide you through the exercises with technical and safety cues to ensure you get the benefits of all the exercises.
Suitable for beginners to those regular gym users. All exercises are performed at safe and achievable tempo.
This is one of the most popular classes.
Bring a towel and drink bottle.
